What began as an urgent response to reach perinatal families during Operation Metro Surge has quickly evolved to meet critical ongoing needs.

Conexión envisions a Minnesota where Latina women and their families live with stability, dignity, and full belonging.

RAPID RESPONSE TO RISING NEEDS

Conexión exists to strengthen the networks of care surrounding Latina women in Minnesota, ensuring they are connected to the resources, relationships, and support they need to thrive.

By bridging gaps in access to healthcare, legal protection, food security, mental health services, and education, Conexión walks alongside women and their families as they navigate periods of uncertainty.

RAPID RESPONSE MEETS OUR COMMUNITIES WHERE THEY LIVE

Our work is growing and strengthening, helping families access and navigate existing resources with confidence:

  • Perinatal mental health support tailored to Latina mothers

  • Cultural healing and understanding, honoring traditions and lived experiences

  • Clinical care in the home, reducing barriers to access

  • Food deliveries to support family stability and nourishment

  • Transportation assistance to ensure no appointment or resource is out of reach

The impact is real.

Families we serve have shared powerful words of gratitude - stories of relief, dignity, and feeling seen.

Join us in this work.

Your support helps ensure Latina mothers and their families are not navigating these systems alone.
